FailFloozie Shorts Publisher is a private, non-commercial automation tool developed and operated solely by Heiner Palmen for a single TikTok account that the author owns. It is not offered, sold or made available to anyone else.
The application uploads the author's own Clone Hero drum gameplay clips as drafts to the author's TikTok inbox via the TikTok Content Posting API. It never publishes content on its own: the author reviews, edits and posts every draft in the TikTok app.
The author is solely responsible for the content posted to the account and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
How the application handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the author via heiner-palmen.github.io.
